should be done by a professional rug cleaner because using the wrong materials to clean the rug can
potentially damage the rug by causing the dyes to release and run.

Should your rug require repair, just about any problem has a solution with a professional restoration. Our rug
master Sami Mikaeli and her protege, Karla Mikaeli, are highly skilled at repair Persian rugs or any other rug.
The first step is to evaluate the rug and problem. We thereby inform the clients about their options. Often a
minor repair can be made to prevent a problem from getting worse, or a restoration can be done. Once a
client is informed of the rug's value, repair options, and repair costs, they are able to choose the desired level
of repair. Sometimes the repair costs exceeds the rug value in which case we inform the owner and let them
decide to what is to be done.

Quality handmade rugs hold their value so it is always possible to trade your rug in for another one if for any
reason you can no longer use it. That is another reason to purchase a quality rug and take care of it.
If you have old rugs you wish you to sell or trade we would like to see them. We offer top dollars for antique or
semi-antique rugs that are in good condition.
